Canadian County publishes booking photos on current inmate profiles when the public roster has a photo filename. The roster card uses the `Pic` field from the public API, and the individual profile displays the booking mugshot from the sheriff site when that field is present. If the field is blank, the public page shows a no-image placeholder. That makes the sheriff roster the first place to check for a current Canadian County jail mugshot.
The sheriff's release page is narrower. It covers inmates released within the last 72 hours, but the captured release-feed fields did not include a photo field. It lists booking number, booked date, release date, arresting agency, bail amount, and reason released. No official Canadian County daily booking-photo PDF or historical mugshot archive was located in the research.
Find Canadian County Booking Photos
The photo search starts with the Canadian County inmate-search page. The public roster is free, does not require login, and uses a name filter. Current profile pages can show the booking photo, name, demographic fields, booking date, charges, deposit buttons, and VINE notification link. If the person was released, check the 72-hour released page for text details, then use a records request if a photo copy is needed.
- Open the sheriff's current inmate-search page.
- Use the name filter or scan recent booking cards.
- Open the booking profile and look at the photo area.
- If a no-image placeholder appears, the public profile did not publish a photo for that booking.
- If the person has been released, check the 72-hour release list for booking facts.
- For a copy, ask the Records Division for the specific booking photo with name, booking number if known, and date range.

The profile format matters because mugshot access is tied to the booking profile, not a separate official mugshot gallery.
Canadian County Mugshot Profile Fields
A booking photo is only one part of the Canadian County profile. The same page can show the custody event and identifying fields that help confirm the right record. The roster did not visibly show height, weight, hair color, eye color, housing unit, judge, detailed bond by charge, or projected release date in the sampled current profile.

Canadian County Mugshots Public Record
Oklahoma law generally treats law-enforcement records as public when they are kept, subject to exemptions and redactions. The key law for booking photos is 51 O.S. 24A.8, the law-enforcement records section of the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Oklahoma Senate mug-shot materials cite 51 O.S. 24A.8(A)(1) and Oklahoma Attorney General Opinion 12-022 for the point that booking photographs are a form of arrestee description when kept.

Current and Released Mugshot Access

Request Canadian County Booking Photos
When a booking photo is not visible online or a copy is needed, use the Canadian County Sheriff's Office open-record request process. The request should identify the specific booking photo, full name, date range, booking number if known, arresting agency if known, and enough detail for staff to find the record. The form can be returned to the Records Division at 208 W Rogers, El Reno, OK 73036, by email at orrc@ccsheriff.net, by fax at 405-422-2430, or in person.
The sheriff form says records produced by the Sheriff's Office are available for in-person pickup only. It also says search, redaction, paper, and media charges may apply, but requesters should not send money until the office gives fee notice and the exact amount. Records not picked up within 90 days are destroyed.

Mugshot Removal and Expungement
No Canadian County policy was located that promises automatic booking-photo removal after dismissal, acquittal, or expungement. Oklahoma expungement law is found in 22 O.S. 18 and 22 O.S. 19. If a record is sealed or expunged by court order, the practical step is to provide the order to the agency and the court clerk that hold the records covered by the order.
Unofficial photo sites are not Canadian County sources. They should not be used as proof of custody, release, charges, or court status. The official route for a public booking photo issue is the court record, the sheriff Records Division, and any court order that applies to the record.
State and Federal Booking Photos
Federal custody has different public-photo rules. The BOP Inmate Locator does not publish a public federal mugshot gallery. U.S. Marshals and ICE custody searches focus on custody location and identity, not public booking-photo display. A person at FCI El Reno should be searched through BOP, while an immigration detainee should be searched through the ICE Online Detainee Locator.
For sentenced Oklahoma state custody, use OK Offender Lookup. Union City Community Corrections Center is an ODOC facility, not a Canadian County jail. The county sheriff roster does not control ODOC photo display, state sentence data, or DOC facility placement.
Canadian County Wanted Photos
The Canadian County Sheriff's Office has a Most Wanted page, but during research it said the office was updating the list. The page still showed wanted-record field placeholders such as race, eye color, bond amount, sex, hair color, last known location, aliases, and wanted for. It also warned readers not to try to apprehend wanted people and routed tips to the sheriff tip form.
Wanted-list photos are not the same as jail mugshots. A wanted listing can involve a warrant before booking, while a booking photo is created during jail intake. If a warrant is served and the person is booked into the Canadian County Jail, the current roster is the place to check for a new custody profile.
